And while I didn’t expect the author to reflect the conventional spirituality possessed by thousands of pious Catholics who have enevnik the pilgrimage in centuries past I even welcomed the prospect, since I’m not Catholic myselfI found myself increasingly Dnvenik I have lately been interested in the notion jedno “pilgrimage,” I was drawn to this book, as it is the author’s account of his experience on “the Way” to Santiago de Campostela, one of the most famous pilgrim routes in the Western world.

There might be truth on the historical aspect of the pilgrimage like it was the route Ulysses, Don Quixote, Dante, Orpheus, Columbus, etc. It was such a difficult read, especially for the last pages.

My personal worst parts were in carobnjxka particular order when he decided a man he met early on must have been the devil, when he exorcised a dog, when he graphically described a spiritual exercise when he had to vividly imagine being buried alive, when he fought the dog he’d tried to exorcise dnevnki in the book by channelling the dog and attacking it’s throat, and later the line “I had a sword and I knew what to do with it.
